Create an Evaluation

To begin creating an Evaluation click on New Document. When working with this application, and other Internet based applications, there are warnings that the user must be aware of. Click here to learn more.

Place the mouse over Saved, Watch, To Do etc. for additional information about those topics. 

Click on New Document to continue.
