	Displays the History
	This is Delete or Cancel
	This is Save
	This is Submit
	This is Exit or Quit
	Edit a completed Evaluation
	Print the Evaluation
	Spell Check

When creating the Evaluation the "Save" and "Submit" buttons are probably the most important.
